Crock pot lasanga
This is a truly creamy, cheesy lasagna. Prepare in 10 mins, assemble in your crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
Crock pot lasagna

Ingredients
500 g beef mince
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 500g jar Dolmio tomato-based pasta sauce of your choice
1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
1 490g jar Dolmio bechamel sauce
1 cup shredded tasty cheese
6 lasagne noodles
Method
Brown beef and onion in oil, stirring to break up meat.
Stir in pasta sauce and Kalamata olives.
Layer 1/3 meat mixture over bottom of crock pot.
Top with layer of lasagna noodles (break noodles to fit the crock pot shape as closely as you can).
Spread over 1/3 of bechamel sauce and sprinkle 1/3 cheese over.
Repeat and top with remaining meat sauce, bechamel sauce and cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours on low.
Don’t cook on high. It will burn and dry out the lasagna.
