Grasshopper

A Grasshopper is a sweet, minty after-dinner drink believed to have been invented in the 1920s by Philip Guichet, the owner of New Orleans bar Tujague, during a cocktail competition.  Philip only achieved second prize with his invention, but a century later, no-one remembers what the first prize-winning cocktail was!
