Pasta Bake

A quick, easy and versatile shrimp (prawn) and mushroom pasta bake with a creamy, cheese  sauce.

If you’re a vegetarian, skip the prawns and double up on the mushrooms for a vegetarian mushroom pasta bake.  If you don’t have prawns, substitute chicken or bacon (cooked before adding).

Serve with a salad and bread for an easy and balanced meal.

Please note, this recipe uses an off-the-shelf sauce.  If you cook from scratch, you’ll need to add in extra time to make your own cheese sauce.
